    No rate rise, told agent to sound out for one but I needed the renewal and couldn't afford to dig in. Especially with people being binned off, I didn't want to jump from one list to the other !

    no tolerance that i know of.....

    finger of blame is waivering over the groups changing business structure (whihc everyone is always moaning at)

    basically i was given 4 months to re qrite an access db to asp .net with reporting services and sql backend...

    I wreckon its gonna take 5-6 at this rate.. with self penned document management module
    so thats a 50% growth.. quite hard to swallow really...
    estimates were totally do lally looking back... plus i have been BA and PM on the job. which means i have really disappeared up my own gant chart...

    Week to go before unemployment, slightly sweating I must say, bit of a cull going on contractor wise but I am sorted for another 3 months which takes me through to a much more amenable climate and job seeking time of year. Deep breath and time to work out how much cash it's worth.
