Perm salaries in banking tech roles
Half musing a move to perm and realised I have absolutely no idea what your average senior associate/VP level developer bod in banking gets paid.
Obviously if I ask then turn it down I’ll look like some mercenary chancer - clearly I really want to make the switch to further my career, look at being a part of a team and similar noble causes.
I did some half-arsed searches and saw this:
https://news.efinancialcareers.com/u...ary-and-bonus/
Those numbers are completely unrealistic, aren’t they? I thought tech associate / VP type roles were £80-120k range in a good bonus year. Do these include the handful of genius algo writers, trading whizzes and so on with the keyboard mashers like me?Tags: None
