I've only ever done it from Bridgwater & it used to go into the middle of everywhere on the way up. Took forever.....

Plenty of coaches to Bristol. Although it depends on what time you landing and you might have to go to Victoria to catch the coach.

    Try Uber?
When I checked out the times of trains on the Trainline last week everything was OK. Check again this morning and the whole Reading area is screwed by engineering works.

You can get National Express coaches that go Heathrow to Bristol.

Makes sense really as both mean going on M4 from London.

It will always, always be the car from now on.

    Should have known better....

Perish the thought there are people getting off long haul flights & expecting to head West by train.

started a topic 3rd World Travel Planner

    3rd World Travel Planner

Any of you lot got any ideas of how to get from Heathrow to Bristol tonight?

Seems that the whole Reading area is shut down & I'm looking at a 4-5 hour multi- hop journey involving buses.

WTF didn't the trainline app tell me this when I planned my journey last week...

Working...
