That guy is back in prison and will serve out the remaining 799 years and 362 days left in his sentence.
There is a very good reason to have capital punishment, this guy is that reason!

Murdered 3 people, injured over 60 and then sentenced to 800 years – just to be released early after serving just 12 years (where have we heard this before) due to some government “deal”
OK so that is history – now after attempting to murder another 5 people the powers that be have finally realised that this man should be locked up for the rest of his life – hence the resumption of the 800 year sentence.
This man should never have been released in the first place - but I expect that he will be out after five.Tags: None
