    Not in the UK now but going back a few years I have had several contracts for Banks and not one has done a credit check on me, not that it would have bothered me but as far as I know it was only permies that were credit checked.

    It depends on the IB.

    However with no bankruptcy and no CCJ you should be fine.

    I think it will although I’ve worked for four banks and working for one now I’ve never been credit checked so what do I know?
