How frequently do clients pay for accomodation?
And how does it feel paying for accomodation on top of rented property that one would otherwise be living in?

I tend to rent. At the moment I 'm renting a room in a house with with 5 gogo dancers!
I wish! Gets a bit lonely out on the road.

Residence Inn by Marriott are pretty good. Mine came with a fully fitted kitchen, ironing stuff, 2 large screen TVs with 82 channels, they go out and do your shopping for you, there's a swimming pool, whirlpool, pool table, breakfast, evening food but they're non-smoking.

That's why you he should rent a room
1. You can leave stuff there
2. You can make hot food
3. It's cheaper
4. You have someone to talk to

I think hunting out a decent B&B for longer term stuff and Travel Inn for short term as you know what you are getting. Week in week out in a Travel Inn can be very demoralising. I'm currently doing a fairly horrible daily commute to avoid Travel Inn living.
