I think Corbyn might lose out badly when he's kicked out of office.

Ah, that's the genius part on their behalf - Corbyn knows he can't be elected to punish us, but by making crazy plans he makes it easy for Tory Scum to also punish us (although not as badly) and get away with it saying that the other party would have been worse.

So you see the only big time losers are us...

Which parties HAVE modernised? Labour are accused of going back to the bad old days, the Tories are accused of never having changed from the bad old days to come back from. Both are partisan claims, people who are strongly partisan are typically not very bright and certainly not approaching the situation rationally.

McDonnell says Labour's manifesto is 'extremely modern' and not like Foot's in 1983

John McDonnell, the shadow chancellor, was doorstepped by a BBC reporter as he left his home this morning and asked about the Labour manifesto. Here are the main points from what he had to say.
McDonnell rejected claims that the manifesto was similar to Michael Foot’s in 1983 (the one famously described as “the longest suicide note in history”). Asked about the comparison, he replied:

This is an extremely modern, progressive set of proposals. And it is looking to the long term future. And most people are extremely excited at what they’ve seen.

Corbyn's New New Labour have released this manifesto thirty years too early!

If they'd only waited until the last person who remembered the last clusterfeck to pop off, the dumb ignorant sheep would be voting for them in droves!

We learned this in the last century. What did Albert Einstein say?
