One house yep. Though it was the spare as we had one inside.

The other house the neighbour had an outdoor lav but ours was inside.

Both houses were Victorian horrible draughty things and the council gave my parents grants to do various things to stop them falling down.

I was off-line because I was out with real people.

In general, they're referred to as "men of caves".

There are parts of Kent that he would simply want to die (and that's if he got offered the choice) if he was ever brave or stupid enough to visit. Gillingham being a prime example. Do not go there if you are not in a position to convince the locals you have a history of being local that goes back less than 600 years. Your family tree and your in-laws family tree should be completely identical. Any discrepancies, and you're dead.

I bet the working class wouldn't be so enamoured of it if they knew that most of it came from South America, in particular those Falkland invading bastard Argies

The Mrs and I don't eat hardly any processed food.
However we make our own comfort food whether it be fish fritters, sausage rolls, biscuits etc.

Just as long as it's not Argie corned beef. We haven't forgotten the Falklands or that cheating Dago Maradona in 86.
