    New job is kinda Financial (Fintech rather than Big Bank) but still insist on going through a more thorough vetting process with HireRight screening, my god it is bad, it tries to be contractor friendly but misses the mark.

    You are either employed or self-employed, although technically we are employed (by MyCo) the information they want is related to our clients not our employer!

    Also why do they mandate that they need at least one educational institution listed, the last one I went to was 20 years ago and all I got was a lousy GCSE!
