Seems a bit funny, docked wages for silly vagy cakes but only criticized for drinking.

Nurses on a gynaecology ward at a Macedonian hospital are fined for celebrating the Christian New year with cakes decorated like vaginas
Medics were found out after a nurse posted photos of the party on Facebook
The hospital workers in Stip were docked 30 per cent of their month's salary
They were also criticised for drinking alcohol and wearing Santa hats
