Training providers?

Looking at the jobs out there - I need to expand my skillset to include some Cisco and Citrix, and SQLServer - there are too many posts I cannot head for - and I don't like being between contracts!
Who can recommend elearning courses - or possibly weekend courses in the south of UK. IBM has a whole load available internally - but I cannot remember the provider - and when I did check at one point each mini-course had to be purchased separately - which came up to higher sums. I'd rather buy a package for 12 months or something.
Reading books for long hours isnt my strong point - anyway - Im going to need to be working somewhere soon - so it has to be fitted into the other hours.
