    Sorted!
If I were American I think I'd have to abstain from this one.

    What a choice!

I do tend towards the anti establishment vote but Trump's not a man I could back.

I'd have liked to have seen Ron Paul get the nomination - a true free thinking libertarian without the jingoistic tub thumping nonsense you get from Trump.

Trump or Clinton? Both are elderly.

Now they're claiming she's got pneumonia. But she looks fine when she emerges from her daughters house at 11.00am

    As a general guide, after:
•one week – fever should have resolved
•four weeks – chest pain and mucus production should have substantially reduced
•six weeks – cough and breathlessness should have substantially reduced
•three months – most symptoms should have resolved, but you may still feel very tired (fatigue)
•six months – most people will feel back to normal

I guess living abroad you are not lucky enough to experience the refusal of GPs to do tests to diagnose bacteria infections or basically any tests in primary care.

Whether it's viral or bacterial pneumonia you won't get diagnosed with it by a GP. You have to go to an A&E if you have symptoms and still can't breath properly after seeing a GP 1-2 weeks ago. Unfortunately by then you may need an ambulance to take you in.

Depends on how badly you have it.

Some people are hospitalised while others need bed rest for a few days at a time. They all need antibiotics.
