It was a shame the Scots didn't qualify for Euro 2016. The fan zone in Paris really would have been a riot with them there too. Was there for the Wales v England game. Fantastic atmosphere, more than

Though they wouldn't have liked there only being Carlsberg on draft (apart from some weird non-alcoholic lemon pish). No McEwans.

Cheaper in the fan zone than the nearby bars too.

    Must good for some countries

Supports my theory. Germany prospering most out of EU and football.

Maybe we would do better in Euros

England's performance has been in decline since 1966, just cause it doesn't suit your argument doesn't make it false.

    Individually they are great.

Their pay must be linked to England performance.

People quote 1966 as last time England were good, but they did wonderfully in Mexico in 1970. Without that food bug they would have won.

It was 1974 against Poland that did for us. Their goalkeeper was described as a clown. Well look who is laughing now.....

Majority play for mid table teams at best. I'd say giving a tulip is the more important factor.
Giving a tulip is the number one attribute they need - the desire and pride to keep running and fighting for every ball when it would be easier to give up - I did not see that attitude from an England player at all.....

Too much money in the game.

I'd pick the team from the Championship. They'd have had more games and be hungrier to prove themselves.
