I can sort of see an argument whereby "some" English voters might be tempted to vote SNP if it meant getting rid of the whining Jock types permanently (i.e. through indyref 2,3 or whatever). Other than that, the SNP have no relevance in England, and they know it.

The SNP are NOT hated. The English generally like the Scots and respect their patriotism and desire for independence. A feeling which is not reciprocated by the Scots to the English. Some people dislike the SNP for sticking their oar in "England's business" but they are the people who actually pay attention to the news i.e. a small minority
