It was Bacchus Minimus's 21st this week, got him a very nice St Christopher's medal. This one was quite unusual and considerably more than £100 but they come at all budgets and you could probably get something quite nice around that level esp if you stuck with silver.Originally posted by Moose423956 View PostThanks for all the helpful suggestions....
Violin - already got
Electric piano - already got
Driving lessons - passed when she was 17
Car - already got
Watch - would lose it
Trip somewhere nice - good idea, but a bit out of budget
Collage of photos of family - family is split and she blames me, so maybe not a good idea
Budget about £100 - did the spend-lots-of-money thing for her 18th (including meal at the Hand & Flowers in Marlow - awesome experience, got tour of kitchen, previous MasterChef winner was working in there!)
I wanted to get something he could keep memories and travel are all very well but they will meld into a blurry fog in fifty years time... (and the lucky bugger got a nice watch for his 18th and his minted mum has his rolex in a safety deposit somewhere...)
(PS, also a fan of the H and F in Marlow, used to be my manor)
