Energy: The happiest colour of them all, yellow activates the lymph glands and helps us to feel uplifted. It stimulates the intellect and gets the brain working like the well-oiled machine it can be.

Either that or you need to go down to the clinic.

“Colour is an untapped source of energy and it can work in your favour,” says Sydney-based colour technologist Anjel O’Bryant.
