It's Bs if you go in a casino and watch the tables for hours you will see that ball hit the housing of each number and ping to the other side of the wheel many times.
On the other hand I used the computer betting terminal to watch all 8 tables and place bets when the croupier was hitting neighbours in quick succession.
I used to win every time doing that, but then greed takes over, so a certain amount of discipline is needed.
