    Day 3. Last night's team dinner at a "real" restaurant was tasty but spicy. My guts are advising me not to do that again

    This time tomorrow I'll be well on the way home and also I believe well on the way to a 7-month renewal

    nope, it's very real. Lactose and Fructose sugars are similar and quite a few people have both. I have to avoid Apples, Watermelons, and tomatoes (and any Soft Drinks like mountain dew that use High Fructose corn syrup)
