P.S. Checked my records and so far I've won equivalent of 1% annual tax free from Premium Bonds, that's better than what I get in bank for instant account 0.75% BEFORE TAX.

I don't get it. Why should multiples of seven be popular?
Are the entry forms ordered in rows 7 wide?

I remember it used to be 5 - so when multiples of 5 came up back in 95/96 it was a very low jackpot.

    Most popular choice is 1,2,3,4,5,6.

Lottery is a tax on the stupid. Only thing you can really do is to try to make you choice so rare that no-one else will choose it.....

You are better to run the lottery than play it

    So.

Are you better to go for multiples of 7 and win £15, or go for unrelated numbers and win £0 (but £100,000 if 5 of those numbers had come up)?
