Happy Paddy's day.
Bacon and cabbage for dinner this evening (home cured ribs with colcannon if you want to be posh about it).
A day the English and yanks use yet another excuse to get pi$$ed up. Hated it when I lived in the UK and never went out.
Not so bad in cloggers.
Also there's a paddy's day recipe on the blog is anyone is interested.
