Previously on "Square Mile london. Anybody currently contracting round there!??!"
I used to live on Old Street when I was a perm straight from Uni. Company I worked got me the caretakers flat in the basement of the building. Pubs all closed early and there was nothing to do at the weekend. Travel to work was 30seconds via lift and the boss would think of nothing but to come down and knock on my front door at the weekend to give him a hand.
Just wondered if anybody else was shovelling tulip for men in suits around the area?
Also, having walked around the area in my lunch break - I have found out where all the big companies are located. Bloomberg, Bank of Nova scotia, LinkLaters, JP Morgan, ING Direct, LLoyds bank, LSE, Bank of England etc.. etc..
I'm one of the men in suits. Are you my tulip shoveller?
