What's yer rateOriginally posted by zeitghostGisajob, I can do that much.

How many days / weeks / years do you think it'll take you?

Actually, I've thought about it. My rate is £160 per hour although given my current schedule it might be a while before I can do the work. I have a colleague who could do the work for you.

So, you want 2 runs of 6 core fibre, but you won't tell us the length of each run. At 80ppm for 8 core, buy 200m of it.

Last time I saw patched cords, it was my school RE teacher's jacket.
Length?
Standard patch cables will sting you a couple of quid each.[/QUOTE]

Sorry, is that 250m of cabling or 250 pieces of cable of an undetermined length?

Are you wanting 250PCs and 5 servers, or are you wanting 255 patch cables, each 2m long?
Upload them to a file sharing service, then link to it.Originally posted by adrianhhp View PostHow do i post pictures?
BTW, you know this is a website for people who work as consultants in IT, not people who do contract cabling jobs.
...although for the right money most of us would probably be able to plug a computer into a network socket.

Just use a multipanel across the fiber termination panel. Make sure that the cores are dual-cores.Originally posted by adrianhhp View Post1. 1x 6 cores Single Mode Fibre from Ground floor (Storage 117) to 1st floor (Side wall behind W/C 211) with fiber termination panel
Not sure if this will be as easy as 1 since it doesn't involve a W/C. Multipanels are like MFs arse without a bog.Originally posted by adrianhhp View Post2. 1x 6 cores Single Mode Fibre from Ground floor (Storage 117) to 2nd floor (Lunch 311) with fiber termination panel
Better off with Catalyst b004y*sh14.Originally posted by adrianhhp View Post3. 8x Single Mode Fibre patch cords from Catalyst 4500*X to Catalyst 2960*S
Better to use the jack a55 model here.Originally posted by adrianhhp View Post
