    Presumably if not they hand it back to you when you show up at the interview and say in a heavy Slavic accent "This photo not look like you," and stamp DENIED on it before showing you the exit.

    I've had a goatee for most of my adult life. I find the trend in full-on Edwardian beards among the youngsters heartwarming. Hopefully hats will come back in fashion as well, but I'll continue to wear one regardless as with the facial hair.
