    Haven't sent any spam messages but received a few from contacts. What I had yesterday though was my my entire contact list showing as offline when I know for a fact that most of them weren't.

    No, I am talking about your contacts getting spam links from YOUR account suddenly, looks like happening on global scale right now - some kind hole in Skype system rather than malware on PC.
