I am stunned by the size of the IT outsourcing industry here, it feels like Bangalore a decade ago.
Lots of government tax breaks and drive with big players like Telefonica (In a telcos interest to get comms up to an outsourcing hot spot ).
Quite surprised by the scale of it.
