    True but in my head I see myself as this professional alcoholic athlete and like the pro footballers, I am having a close season. I will return with a few friendlies (Local pub) before going to play the big games (Night Clubs) and then on to the internationals (Festivals). God I sound like a right....

    First time I haven't bothered in a few years as it happens.

    Used to always have a healthy Jan before it got taken over by all these puritanical focus groups & quangos (oh, and people that call it Janupause - they're another reason).


    No. I'm going to support the Great British pub industry this Jan in what must be a difficult time for them thanks to all those finger wagging health Nazis.
