    You are a business on a Time & Material contract being asked if you can do extra work you can bill. The only IR35 problem is you thinking you can't work more hours than contracted and calling it overtime.

    So long as you're doing the extra hours voluntarily & there's no issue of direction and control I don't see why there should be a problem.

    Overtime

    Working at two different projects for the client. One with engineering, and the other with their client. They have asked me to put extra hours and charge additional time for the latter one. Does it affect IR35 or would cause any other issues at all. I personally think it would affect nothing but a slight increase in pay (overtime would be max 2 days a month). What's the general opinion?
