The sign of a good diet
Not losing weight for a couple of weeks. Anyone can lose carbs(and the associated water). That soon leads to cravings.
Weight=fat + muscle + water + other bits
Swapping fat for muscle is a very good sign! Muscle is a lot denser that fat too.Tags: None
