I found my current gig Dec 2014 ( extended until march now ) and my first gig Dec 2012 so it's definitely possible but as long as you're active on jobserve the recruiters will come to you.Originally posted by Wilmslow View PostBoomed – just heard I am being extended until just before Christmas. Perfect as it will give me a nice Christmas break, with hopefully minimal bench time until the new year.
Regarding new year searching – Any value in starting the search mid December for a January start, or close down and wait until January?

I'm in exactly the same position. The Xmas search is a drag. But I've worked my socks off all year so if I have a few weeks off so be it. Best of luck.Originally posted by Wilmslow View PostBoomed – just heard I am being extended until just before Christmas.
