You may or may not have a first in your degree, but you have not mastered the art of getting on with people, something you will need if you are ever going to get a second contract. Social skills are a very important part of contracting.
Everybody has their opinions - some choose to voice theirs more loudly than others. The problem is, the way you come accross with your few posts is something of a tosser, maybe it is a maturity thing - are you andyW by chance?
As far as the racism and homophobic comments, care to point a few out? The banter which gets banded about on here I would put down at the 'blokes in a pub level'. If you can't take it then there are other forumns out there for you.
