    homemade Roasted Butternut squash soup & Polish bread.

    Squash roasted last night with dinner,
    Then fried Fennel seeds, fresh ground pepper & mild curry powder in teaspoon of oil,
    added squash to pan rinsed roasting dish with water,
    Blitzed with hand
    added a few tablespoons of single cream

    served & Enjoyed with Polish bread.
