Well I've registered a new Ltd company using the name of a dissolved company. Its a great name.

Who would have believed that Ratners was available. What great fortune!!!

The only concern my accountant had was whether the previous company had dissolved owing money. Using the same name could leave to problems as the company was only dissolved 18 months ago.
