My new accountant suggested dissolving mine as the account has been right royally f-cked up.

The only concern my accountant had was whether the previous company had dissolved owing money. Using the same name could leave to problems as the company was only dissolved 18 months ago.
Its a great name and I couldnt resist Beating Moustached Bean Eating Bedsit Living Ruskies Ltd.
God knows who had it before???

Provided the company has been struck off the register at Companies House, the name can be used again.

I was clearly given duff information then. I did what someone earlier suggested and just choose a similar name.Originally posted by TrollI disolved a company 3 years ago - browsing Companies House records- I notice someone has started up a new company with the same name - so I believe the answer is yes
