    It's not.

    I'd prefer old "archaic" divident tax credit system to 0 employment allowance OR zero corp tax in which case it would be fair to tax dividends

    btw, Osborne was so much against Brown's pension funds raid which also included REMOVING DIVIDEND TAX CREDIT for them - now he removed it for everybody, so he robbed EVERYBODY now, what a Tory Scum from so called "pro-business" party!

    I presume d00g was referring to the increase in the employment allowance for "real" businesses in some way offsetting the dividend tax.
