    Think any jury would convict them?

    Also when shooting someone don't state you aimed at them and shot them
    when they were running away from you. State you were shooting in the air to scare them and you accidentally hit them.

    Do the first and it's unreasonable force as per Tony Martin, do the second and you will be in trouble for how you keep a gun and ammunition.
