I think 130 is point at which your systolic becomes a concern. I used to measure mine quite often and if I had had a barrage of coffee it would get up to that, mine is generally 110/80.

On BP medication now. Blood tests came back clear (slightly high on the liver), cholesterol was very good. Doctor said you have the internal organs of a young man wrapped in the body of Jabba the Hut.
So ordered a pizza and a bottle of whisky for lunch to celebrate.

Also got to go for an ECG as well tomorrow, just before I fly. No champagne tomorrow.

last week I fell in the pub & bounced off the wall. What was annoying was I was on the way to the bar to order a drink as I'd only just arrived.

Could have been worse. It could have been on your way back to your table with the drinks. I find this a bit hard to believe though, maybe you just came over all faint because someone pointed out it was your round?

Blood pressure was 133/110, says I may have to go on medication, whatever that means.

Got to go back on Monday for a few more blood test results and another BP test.
