    Now they wont let me remortgage for anything. FFS!!!!

    Many times I’ve change my mind about the purpose for loan after I received it.
    Another no no is fees for litigation, but holidays are fine

    Use a mortgage broker. Banks' employees are sometimes strange and usually not aware of "non-conventional" situations
