    There's no such thing as a free lunch…

    You pay for what you get and in Spain it's a headache. The villages that are cheap will be dilapidated and have preservation and planning orders on them and debts on the land. It’s a bit like buying a PLC with debts of £50,000,000 for just £1.00.
