Let me reiterate. I live in the South, where everyone is rich and in work (decent jobs) and so don't rent to people on Housing Benefits or those low earners who need working tax credits. Just because the North, Cornwall and Wales is tulip.

I don't even know what working tax credits are... Isn't this how the tax payer subsidises global corporations so they can pitch up here and pay their staff f all?
