    I guess there may also be an element of the spammeres pretending to be thick and unsophisticated themselves, to try and fool a few gullible mugs with an arrogant streak (which ignorant mugs often have) that they will be undemanding to deal with and even easy to rip off.

    It's OK - By your logic you could openly name Suity and MF and they would be to think to understand anyway.
