I once appeared on a really bad satelite channel playing table football in a 13 week 'competition'. We didnt take it seriously and kept going to the bar.

The OTC i was in while at uni charges up the beach and got killed in Saving Private Ryan, alas it happened the year before I got there so I didn't get to do it myself. Apparently they got quite a decent wage as well, but bearing in mind we were students at the time it prolly wasn't that great

I was more into sound effects rather than straight speaking parts. My hiss as I deflated in "Dark Star" was one of my best.

I used to work on Grandstand, so was seen in the background every week. Actual acting parts were starting the 'April Fools Fight' and signing 'Five Gold Rings' once Xmas with some of the other lads.

I was the main subject of a TV Eye documentary in the early 80's about motorbike accidents.

Aaahhh Eddie Shoestring. the IT consultant who had a nervous breakdown and smashed up millions of squids of mainframe equipment before becoming a Private eye ?
Inspired me that did.

I was in a crowd scene in a market in a Shoestring episode when I was about 13. Mind you, it was a real market and none of the inadvertent 'extras' got paid !

I'm in a Royal Marines promotional video. In fact if you look closely on the Royal Marines website you'll see a piccy of me.

When I was a kid the BBC hired out one of our fields and my horse for a day for an episode of Juliet bravo. They also all sat around all day doing nothing. They had a stunt driver who was supposed to hit a parked car but missed it and stuffed it into a dry stone wall. Richard Hammond I think he was called.
