I've never paid any, at worst I got threatening letters for about two years, but never had one where ignoring them didn't work

Well even though I'm banned 'twice' from CAG I still receive spam from their website even though I have 'unsubscribed'.

This morning I read with interest:-

Basically they've lost. The whole premise of being fined a 'penalty' on private land as being illegal and therefore ignoreable by said 'don't give a tulip park anywhere tossers' have lost.

So a further appeal is going to be kicked off. But in principle if you don't want to get fined, pay for a fricking parking ticket!

It's not a fine and will never ever be a fine.
