In addition, government authorities have scheduled a whole host of unusual “training exercises” all over the nation. So are the elite doing all of this in order to prepare for something really BIG, or should we just chalk up all of this strange activity to rampant government paranoia? ...

I brought one of those too after a period of extreme insomnia a few months ago. Fortunately it seemed to sort itself on its own.Reading my book on CBT last night
CBT is fairly common sense really, unlike some remedies that are peddled in my loony locality. Picked up a local flyer yesterday and it's full of expensive cures for all our physical and "spiritual" ills.
