    Haven't got a problem with it. Non-whites (I hate that term, it reminds me of apartheid SA) do face challenges that white people are blissfully unaware of.

    Why do they have to have special manifestos for people who are not white.. can't we just treat everyone equally. Imagine the uproar if they had a special manifesto for white people.

    Fair enough. But BAME? Never heard that one - must be the new Newspeak/Common Purpose term for somebody who ain't white.

    Stands for "Black and Minority Ethnic".

    And it's not pronounced "baym", it's "bah-may".
