It's the island of Ireland for rugby, some of them are independent Northern IrishOriginally posted by Batcher View PostI was at Murrayfield. The Scots Unionists beaten by the Independent Irish
Strange listening to the No supporting Scots rugby fans singing Flower of Scotland, especially the 'rise now and be a nation again' bit. Hypocrites.

Well done Nigel Owens. Great call for that penalty to France in the last minute with England near the line.
Best play of the weekend ;-)

Have been a lifelong Wigan fanOriginally posted by stek View PostYep - Leeds twatted the Inbreeders from Wigan 26-14 - Rhinos! Rhinos!
That was yesterday wasn't it? I've been on the Spesh...
Was there more Rugby on?
so not too happy about that score!
I used to play both codes (in my youth!). Was lucky enough to go to the cross codes game at Twickers in 96, Wigan vs Bath. Superb to see the best of both codes compete
As for today ... one of the most entertaining England games since 2003

Congratulations Ireland.
Well played England, but well deserved Ireland. *
Wales quite good, but France never really turned up until the last game.
Brilliant entertainment - perhaps the only thing to justify the license fee.
*Sadly though, I expect the World Cup to go an SH team.
