    I did apply! but on couple of occasions I received call from compute future after i started a new job(perhaps because they found my info on jobserve), but i wondered if agencies/ clients/employers ever test new employee/ contractor to see if they still are looking for better role etc? do they go as far as sending fake email with job advert to see if you will reply ?

    can they see type of contracts I searched for etc?
