What's the bloody deal with not allowing 'rep' in Light Relief but 'Thanks','Like','Give me a blowy please'??

I wanted to Neg Rep FatLazyBastardContractor and the little tulip has been posting in Light Relief only & is immune.

Make Rep Anoymous and let's kick on, you big left wing protecting pansy!!!! !!!
