As it turns out this is the most ir35 compliant contract I have worked. Manager does not manage me at all. I am dealing full time with business and end users.

Just because I am working in this dept does not mean I fit into the team structure. My contract is ultra compliant which means they have not even questioned the hours I work or where I work from.

I am purely here to deliver consultancy and services and am seen as an external resource.

All in all shove it NLUK!

    - today the 3rd and final guy got a job offer.

That means it's just me and the manager left!

Not sure of this is good or bad. Ah well just invoice and carry on.

Bear in mind the two guys had already left or put the notice in before they knew I existed. Guy next to me managed to put up with me for 6 months..... Guy has some serious patience!

That means you have a manager all to yourself. You lucky devil you.

On a more serious note, 2015 is the year that technical people change jobs and wages increase for permies.
