If Camaroon or whatever his name is has any sense he will pledge now to follow the New Lie spending plans for the 1st 2 yrs in office.

"Brown whoever comes along and scr3ws it up more, and then we get Cameron, and what a spineless tw2t he is. He is so busy trying to rebrand the Tories as a party of the people that he does not really have any policy to speak of, just spurious soundbytes to increase the Tories appeal of whoever he may be addressing"
Isn't that what Blair and Co did in the run up to 97?
Only 16 months afte the last election he does not need to bring forward policies yet. Any election is too far away for them to mean anything.
Why announce a policy this far away from an election only to find circumstances change and you have effectively painted yourself into a corner come election time. For example - suppose he agrees to knock x pence of income tax and then over the next 3 years the economy goes south in a very big way. Could he really still go into an election with that pledge still on board with everybody knowing that the economy couldn't afford it. He'd be torn appart in the media. If he then changed that pledge prior to the election he would be torn arppart by the media. Better to offer nothing until closer the date.
That is why NL announced it would stick to the Tory spending plans for the first 2 years before winning in 97. The Tories couldn't attack them on this as it was their spending plans.

What is clear is that democracy, choice and freedom are dead in the UK.
Best to get out whilst house prices are high.

Who next
So Bliar goes without honours which should be enough bloodletting to pacify an increasingly angry electorate.
Brown whoever comes along and scr3ws it up more, and then we get Cameron, and what a spineless tw2t he is. He is so busy trying to rebrand the Tories as a party of the people that he does not really have any policy to speak of, just spurious soundbytes to increase the Tories appeal of whoever he may be addressing,
So in 3 years time there wont really be any difference between the parties becuase the politics will be the same, populist short-term politics to endear an increasing politically illiterate electorate. In short its pretty much like throwing bread to the crowds at Circus Maximus so that the emprorer can bask in shortlived adoration for a insignificant, calculated magnanimus act.
Personally I would rather have it that parliament dissolve and we revert to being ruled by monarchs. Prince Harry and Prince Philip as his advisor. Great at least it would be fun

What about the damage thats already done ?
Whether it's Tb or GB or cameron in power there is still the question about whats happenend to this country, a lot of which cant be undone...like IR35, and even if the tories get in they will keep the bad taste in your mouth and remind you that it the 'legacy' labour left you !

FFS. Get real. He's the best leader we can have.
However, not everyone wants to get rid of him. I don't. Not yet. I am enjoying the current rows immensely!

You like him "personally". Is this another rent boy scandal about to break out?
