BBC News - Lancashire foot-sniffing teacher sentenced for child sexual assault

Teacher convicted of sniffing kids' feet.

Clearly teacher gets a kick (no pun intended) from sniffing feet, and it's not an appropriate thing to do, but does that make it sexual assault? Feet are not a sexual body part. Surely sexual assault should be sexual from the victim's point of view.
