I’m an employee and have claimed furlough (and may be claiming JSS)

So as a Ltd Co director, I can still furlough myself and make a claim?

Do you have a contract of employment and yourself minimum wage as the law says you must? His role is a director of a LTD not an employee.

It was a tongue in cheek comment that I can see is causing more confusion so wasn't helpful but you aren't legally an employee of your LTD but you can claim for being out of work through the scheme. The term employee in the name of the scheme is the grey area.

Hello. As furlough ends and with no immediate sight of returning to a new contract anytime soon (civil aerospace) is anyone aware of what if any financial assistance may be available from November on? Many thanks

Otherwise no
